Spring Yoga Retreat at The Farm


It´s the perfect way to welcome spring and gently release the heaviness of winter—a retreat just for you.

Whether you're coming solo, bringing a friend, or inviting a partner who simply wants to relax at The Farm while you immerse yourself in a variety of yoga practices, everyone is welcome.

Experience a beautiful blend of styles including Yin Yoga, Slow Flow, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, and Sound Bath sessions, all designed to support your body and mind. 3 Day access to our wood-fired Sauna.

Schedule outline (do as little or as much as you like):

Friday: 4pm Opening Circle, Wakening up the Senses with a meditation walk, 6pm Dinner, 8pm Yin Yoga, Sauna available from 5pm

Saturday: 8am Slow Flow, 9:30am Breakfast, Time for optional activities (Horse Trek, Massage, Russell exploring, Kayaking, Sauna, or read a book in front of a fireplace), 4pm Sun Salutation Workshop, 6pm Dinner, 8pm Sound Bath & Cacao Ceremony, Sauna available from 11am

Sunday: 6am Sunrise Meditation on the Beach, 8-10am Breakfast, 11am Vinyasa, 3pm Yoga Nidra & Closing Circle, Sauna available from 7am
